Parking is easy and complimentary: just grab a spot anywhere in the lots directly in front of your accommodations. We also have boat parking available next to our pavilion.
Yes, all of our parking has access to electric hook ups to charge anything you need! We recommend bringing an extension cord.
The Lithia Springs Army Corps boat launch is 15 seconds away. There is a five dollar fee to park your trailer, for which payment is all electronic! If you are a guest, feel free to park your trailer at Gregory’s. Lithia Springs Marina does offer affordable nightly slip rentals if you want to avoid the lines and hassle of launching your boat!
No, we provide fresh and clean linens for your room! This is includes sheets, blankets, comforters, towels, and rags. Limited quantities of make-up wipes and wash clothes are provided. We recommended bringing extras for make-up removal! We do not, however, provide beach towels. The store does provide beach towels for sale, just in case!
Our mini-kitchens include a small fridge, sink, coffee pot and filters, microwave, and dishware. Coffee grounds are not provided, but are available for purchase in the general store. We do not provide hot plates, but have a limited supply upon request.
In all rooms plates, cups, bowls, and silverware are provided per standard guest occupancy. We additionally provide pots, pans, and kitchen utensils in our cabin units. We do not provide grilling utensil for communal grills. You may want to bring a sharp knife and cutting board for cooking, and disposable dishware for easy cleanup.
We do have complimentary charcoal grills around all our outside seating areas. The pavilion has four additional grills. Our double queen room and cabin units have their own private grills. Charcoal is not provided.
Yes, we do have three community fire pits around our accommodations. The cabin units have their own private fire pit & chairs. Room 12 (the double queen) has a private deck with patio furniture. We have patio furniture sets (with chairs) at each of our communal deck areas. There are picnic tables and chairs in the pavilion. We do not, however, have folding chairs. Bringing extra camping chairs is recommended for large groups.
The local Army Corps here prohibits bringing wood from outside the area to avoid issues with invasive bugs and plants. Our general store does sell wood sourced from a local small business for $10/stack, which generally has 12 to 14 pieces of wood. Our general store also sells lighter fluid, lighters, charcoal, bug spray, and other essentials!
